Mackay Regional Botanic Gardens offers extensive lawns, lavish gardens, shade trees, beautiful lagoon views and a variety of wonderful photo settings all within our picturesque 51 hectare site. With its central location, easy access and tranquil views, The Botanic Gardens is an ideal location to celebrate your special day. The beautiful Botanic Gardens could be the back drop for your next big event, market, fete or festival.

Council has guidelines for groups to use the Meadowlands Amphitheatre, complete with car parking, toilet facilities and an all access pathway at the Botanic Gardens.
The meeting room features a simple, modern layout adjacent to the Lagoon Lookout Deck, Café and Gallery.

Large glass doors open onto the deck and vertical blinds can be closed for privacy, however the room is unable to be completely blacked out.
Capacity for the meeting room is conference table style seating for 12, Classroom style seating for 16 or theatre style seating for a maximum of 25.
