1st Floor Terrace to Poolroom is a great space for Xmas parties & 21st parties, an area to yourself with a pool room, outdoor terrace & your own entrance. It has 4 plasma screens for slideshows/displays & access to a wireless microphone for speeches. You can utilize the background house music or bring an Ipod, DJ, Band of your choosing. The space caters for up to 120pax & has views of Darling Harbour & City skyline.

The 1st Floor Terrace & Deck is located at the northern end of the 1st floor. It has its own entrance, outdoor terrace, views of the city & Darling Harbour.

1st Floor Terrace is located on the 1st floor the Terrace is furnished with informal high bar settings & boasts views of the City skyline & Pyrmont Bay. It is a covered, open air, all weather deck. A glass internal wall also offers this area an element of privacy.

The Rooftop Terrace plus Whole First Floor is Our largest Function space comprising of our top two levels, for your private use only. The area has two fully appointed bars, bathroom facilities on both levels, 4x outdoor areas including 2x large outdoor covered decks, lounge/mingle/dance areas. The space caters for up to 350pax & has views of Darling Harbour & City skyline.

The Rooftop Terrace is one of the few private rooftops still available for private functions in Sydney. The level is reserved exclusively for you & your guests. It has an inside area with plush couches & ottomans that opens out onto the rooftop terrace. The inside space can be setup as a mingle or dance area.

The Flying Bridge Bar & Poolroom is where the action is. It is a rectangle space with its own Pool table area and casual high-bar furniture.

The Bridge View Room is a versatile area located on the 1st floor. The space boasts its own lounge area, mingle/dance/meeting/casual dining area & two Juliet balconies. The area caters for up to 70pax & has views of the Pyrmont Bridge, Darling Harbour & City skyline.

Flying Bridge Bar is Located on the 1st floor the Bar area is furnished with informal high bar settings & boasts views of the City skyline & Pyrmont Bay. While cordoned off from the general public, this area offers the ‘busy pub vibe’ you would expect.

The Balcony Lounge function area is located on the 1st floor, this room is great for an informal ‘get-together’ a cocktail or two & some nibbles. It features sumptuous lounges & ottomans, its own small balcony & LCD screen.

Whole First Floor is great space for corporate events, Xmas parties & engagement parties. The area is totally private with its own fully appointed cocktail bar, 3x outside areas, 2x lounge areas, a pool table, its own entrance & bathroom facilities. It has 7 linked plasma screens for slideshows/displays & access to a wireless microphone for speeches. You can utilize the background house music or bring an iPod, DJ, Band of your choosing. The space caters for up to 200 pax & has views of Darling Harbour & City skyline.

Deck is Located on the 1st floor the Bistro Deck is a high ceiling glassed area. It has a Plasma screen & easy access to the bar & outside deck area.
