It is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley and offers luxury hotel style Hunter Valley accommodation plus 6 conference and event venues all in the heart of wine country. Château Élan features the Hunter Valley's finest choice of conference and event facilities. The complex overlooks the fairways of the Greg Norman-designed Vintage golf course and boasts a large 17 treatment room destination spa. The hotel is a short two hour drive north of Sydney or 45 minutes from Newcastle.

Château Élan has extensive conference venues and unique breakout rooms set in calm surroundings ideal for business meetings, conferences, incentives and events. The largest venue at 300 sqm is located adjacent to the elegant Château Élan Hunter Valley Destination Spa. With a modern, elegant interior, the Founders Room can accommodate 240 in theatre-style seating or 330 for cocktails with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Greg Norman championship golf course and is one the largest function venues in the Hunter Valley.

40 King Rooms provide an open plan bedroom and stylish living space plus en-suite bathroom with spa bath. 40 One-Bedroom Villas are larger, with separate bedroom, dining area and state-of-the-art kitchen for all catering needs. King Rooms and One-Bedroom Villas can be co-joined to offer Two-Bedroom Villas for groups of friends or family. All rooms have balconies or terraces overlooking Vintage fairways and the vales of the Hunter Valley. Five Spa Suites have a screened Sanctuary Courtyard for guests who want absolute seclusion.
