Its true rustic history comes alive in the exposed beams, super high ceilings, stripped back walls and concrete floors together with the mural walls, hanging chandeliers and indoor plants, bring out the warmer elements to the industrial space.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are sourcing your own flowers and providing any additional decoration (i.e wishing well box, signage, name tags, table numbers, seating chart etc) and you have no one who can lay and arrange these for you we are happy to lay these and style the venue with what you provide for a fee that will be determined after a meeting. This being said, if you have a very simple set up with name cards prearranged in order of the seats, flowers arranged in vases and simply one per table, etc. then we are happy to do this for no extra cost.
3BD has 5 x car spots that we share with our neighbours Koskela, we can reserve 1 x spot for the Bridal car after 5pm. There is also plenty of metered street parking on Dunning Ave, this finishes at 6pm daily and does not apply on Saturdays and Sundays.
Alternatively park for free in The Cannery carpark off Mentmore Ave for up to 2 hours. Only a 2 minute walk through Archie Rose to our door.
You have the option to extend your event to 11pm with an out-by time of 11.30pm,
or midnight with an out-by time of 12.15am. There are 2 ways to do this:

You can extend your beverage package for an additional $15pp per
additional hour.

Or you can pay the flat fee of $750 per additional hour and then put money
on a bar tab or go to a cash bar where guests buy their own drinks.
