Walker Close Community Centre is located in Millers Road, Altona North. The facilities include functional rooms that can facilitate small or large groups for  classes, activities, forums, family functions and gatherings. It can provide your group with access to seating for up to 100.

Walker Close Community Centre is complex, with high number of disadvanged people seeking support and services with a high level of culture and lingustic diversity with over 40 ethnicity the highest in Hosbsons Bay Council which has complex social issues that need to be addresed such as relief support services, wellbeing support for aged people, personal counselling needs, referal services, concerns about social isolation, youth servces etc.

The Centre Provides a range of programs/activities and services for people of all ages including health, social, educational, recreational programs, information and referrals as well as emergency relief operating at the two facillities available to individuals, clubs, business and other groups to run activities, functions, conferences, training and meetings.
