Polly is one of Melbourne’s first cocktail bars, opening on Brunswick Street in the heart of Fitzroy over 15 years ago. Today, Polly boasts an expansive range of cocktails on the menu, customers are encouraged to challenge the bar tenders to create new classic or re-invigorate old favorites – no request is too hard.

Polly has an ever growing assortment of cigars which customers are welcome to take away or enjoy with one of our more exclusive bottles behind the bar. Polly is available for functions of any occasions and size. Our unique seating arrangements and 1920’s Parisian theme and can suit a variety of group sizes. Polly has many spaces to suit intimate bookings or larger groups. We have a number of function packages however are happy to tailor packages to meet individual needs.
