We hold functions for small and large groups.
Evenings are a treat but luncheons are also very popular for many occasions.
We are experienced at selecting the best spot for your gathering depending upon the weather. On balmy nights the river breeze gently fans the veranda and southern terraces overlooking the Yarra. If it turns cool we batten down the see though curtains and stoke up the wood fire.
The Boathouse has a long history of providing wedding services and receptions. We aim to make your function memorable for you and your guests by sourcing and presenting the best food and wine available in a relaxed atmosphere and gorgeous setting.
Many years of research and design resulted in our hand built rowing skiffs. In 1984 a shipwright from Portsmouth U.K was commissioned to research, design and build our first boat. They are replicas of Thames pleasure craft used in the 19th century first as work boats and later for recreation.

Adults can purchase food on consumption from the tearoom or grill. Alternatively if you wish to provide something we can arrange scones, jam and cream with tea and coffee for $15 per person.
