Offering various configurations for performances and events, the stage can be used for everything from full scale concerts to bespoke cocktail parties. The internal space can be used for more exclusive intimate events.

Theatre 2 offers a quality intimate theatre space that is both affordable and versatile. With its intimate setting for 100 fixed tiered seating capacity, multipurpose flat floor stage, AV facilities and fixed lighting grid, Theatre 2 is the perfect venue for staging drama, spoken word, contemporary dance and puppetry. Theatre 2 is also perfect for meeting and conference presentations and comes with a fully equipped bar. When not in performance mode, Theatre 2 converts to a large rehearsal space equipped with full length mirrors, views of the Outdoor Stage and a private deck.

The glorious Lakeside Terrace fronts views overlooking the lake, the Nerang River, Sculpture Walkway and Surfers Paradise skyline. The Lakeside Terrace is ideal for weddings, parties, corporate functions and conferences and can be modified to suit any special event or catering needs. The Lakeside Terrace can vary on size, opening up and joining into the Lakeside Room.

The spacious Basement located on the ground floor of The Arts Centre Gold Coast is commonly used for Comedy, Jazz and Cabaret performances as well as small workshops and meetings. The room is accessible to modern technical facilities and is fitted with ample lighting to highlight the performance. The room has a fully licensed bar and is has easy access from the main car park.

Theatre 1 at HOTA, Home of the Arts is an 1128 seat auditorium with two levels including balcony. Equipped with an orchestra pit, which can also be raised to extend the stage or positioned to include additional seating, Theatre 1 is one of the most intimate yet spacious entertainment arenas in the City of Gold Coast. With world-class sound and lighting systems and all seats providing uninterrupted views of the stage, Theatre 1 offers full facilities for any traditional theatre production as well as corporate events and conferences. The large stage area can be utilised as a unique event space for a dinner or elegant cocktail function with a true theatrical element.

The Lakeside Room is a versatile space that opens out onto a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the lake, river and the Surfers Paradise skyline.

The bright and airy Panorama Room opens onto a large elevated balcony with unrivalled 180 degree views of the rive and Surfers Paradise, stunning by day and by night.

Located in the beautiful grounds is the heritage listed St Margaret's Chapel. The chapel is non-denominational and available for hire 7 days a week.
