Come in. Find yourself in a small bar atmosphere despite the bigger space. Welcoming and warm, luxe and lived in. It’s a good place to gather.

We’re a brewery ourselves, with our Beer Republic small batch brews on tap. But we strongly believe that craft beer is more than just what you brew – it’s about creating a community to share with.

That’s why we share the stage with a range of local craft beer and cider makers too.  From gypsy brewers, to fellow brew pubs, to those who are at the top of their game – we’ve got them on tap to help ‘cheers’ to the brewing community and its success.

Once you add all that to our range of stellar wines and cocktails - that’s a mighty drinks list. 

But quality and flavour don’t stop at the taps. Pick up the menu you’ll find a range of options from the quick snack to the comforting pub classics. It’s genuinely good food, made with top organic produce.

Of course you can. We are a kid and family friendly venue. The only thing we ask is that the kids are home and tucked away by 10pm so the party can start!
Absolutely! Republic Tavern is suited for any occasion so feel free to bring a cake to have amongst yourselves. If you wish for us to cut and serve the cake for you there is a $3pp cackage fee
