Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! Here at The Shoppingtown Hotel we can cater for a wide range of dietaries, from gluten free to vegan. All requirements are due at least 7 days prior to your event date to ensure we can cater.

Can i bring my own cake and decorations?

You sure can!

However, nothing can be stuck to the walls with anything that will damage the paint. We also don't allow for party poppers, glitter or table scatters, as we just can't clean them up!

Are guests under the age of 18 able to attend my event?

Yes, provided that they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and we recommend that they depart the venue by 10pm.

Does your venue have onsite parking?

We sure do! Plenty of it, and it's free.
