Yes. Please ensure you contact the resort to let them know you will be late. We'll send an email or text message with instructions to access your pack, keys and map. Full payment is required prior to arrival.
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 150 days.
No, unfortunately we cannot accept your furry friend, as we are located in a national park.
Guide and Assistance Dogs, and companion pets are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket.

Yes, we have a gas heated swimming pool for you to enjoy. We also have a splash park, but this isn't heated.
We don't have a games or recreation room, but there's plenty of spaces around the resort where you can relax.
Yes, we have a kiosk that carries basic grocery items, toiletries, ice creams, bait, some breakfast and basic meal ingredients. Additionally, we have a café/bistro that is open from 8am to 8pm. Please note it is closed for hot food service between 2pm to5pm but tea and coffee are still available.
No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the resort. However, we have communal BBQs throughout the resort that you're welcome to use.
No, we are a guest only facility. Visitors of guests can come inside the resort but must sign in at the front desk.
Yes, but we're sticklers for safety, so we ask that you always wear a helmet and necessary protective gear, only ride during daylight hours and follow all road rules. Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times.
E-bikes, e-skateboards or e-scooters are not permitted for use within our resort.
We don't have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.
We have a limited number of complementary portacots and highchairs we can provide. These fit into all cabin types. In the Beach Villa the portacot must go into the lounge room.
We don't currently have mini-golf onsite.
Our machines are coin-operated and cost $5.00 per load for each.
We currently don't have any electric vehicle chargers available.
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types.
Very exciting news, as of the 25 March we will be offering the Bear Grylls Survival Academy for our guests to enjoy.
No, only guests can have their child's birthday party inside the resort.

Yes, we have two EV chargers in the park located close to reception, and two cabins with their own dedicated EV charger.
We are only a 15 minute drive to Batemans Bay where you can find everything you need.
