A custom designed chandelier bar installation and modern green room facility compliment the original heritage features. Formerly known as Shed 11, Showtime formed part of the dining hall in this historic docking area and continues to drive South Wharf as a destination in excellence in hospitality. Beautiful wooden floorboards and wrought iron wall features pay tribute to its legacy, while an award winning in-house catering and operations team continue to elevate the offering and deliver truly VIP experiences.
