The Richardson has a policy of no smoking within the hotel facilities. Suites catering for disabled persons and with wheelchair accessibility are available.

Accommodation at The Richardson is generally the most spacious available in Perth. All rooms and suites include one or two bedrooms with king or twin beds, separate lounge, dining area, galley bar and private balcony. Accommodation is categorised by size and location within the hotel.
