Located in the unique surrounds of Kings Park, perched high above the City of Perth and the beautiful Swan River sits the Fraser’s complex. Here we can create an event that exceeds your expectations by bringing the best food, wine and service together in one unique location. Executive Chef Chris Taylor oversees the function menus, ensuring that your guests leave impressed.

 

With our four distinct areas – Restaurant, Private Dining Room, Function Centre and State Reception Centre – Fraser’s can accommodate any size group, from an intimate corporate lunch, to a cocktail product launch for 700 or sit down dinner for 400 in the State Reception Centre.

 

Kings Park is five minutes from the CBD, a 20 minute drive from Perth Airport and sits on the edge of Perth City, overlooking the Swan River. It is an iconic West Australian site, known for its beauty, diverse flora and exceptional views. There is also free public parking at the rear of Fraser’s (subject to availability).

Suppliers
The venue does have restrictions on suppliers The suppliers are responsible for pickup and delivery within the venue's guidelines. We strongly suggest that all suppliers quote on picking up at the conclusion of an event. They are required to provide current Public Liability Insurance and execute terms with the venue as well.Please advise your function co-ordinator of who is delivering, contact numbers and times of deliveries. Everything can be discussed however this is a guideline.
Tables, Chairs, crockery, cutlery and glassware, white or black table linen and napkins. We can also supply table numbers, table menus and an easel for your seating chart, as well as your cake knife, upon request. Full details are òn our wedding kit.
Tuesday-Saturday during office hours, however, this is flexible by appointment. However you are welcome to view the venue between 3 and 5 each Saturday.
Due to our licenses, and the ability to fully cater your Reception on-site, we do not allow for any outside catering/beverages to come on site. Should you wish to offer a traditional biscuit or sweet to guests, this can be bought in for dessert service (pre-plated) only.
Yes. We cut and serve this complimentary on platters to each table. Should you wish to have this in place of your dessert course, we can individually serve this with garnish at no additional charge. If you cake is to be served individually in addition to your dessert course, a $5.00pp cake fee will apply.
• For a breakfast reception, your booking can be for 2 hours between 8am & 11am.

• For a brunch or lunch reception, your booking can be for a maximum of 3 hours , 12pm- 3pm (or earlier, subject to there being no breakfast bookings).

• For a dinner reception, standard bookings are normally 5 hours.

• Should you wish to extend your booking, this is charged at $5.00pp/hour until midnight, and $7.00pp/hour thereafter (min $300.00, subject to licence approval and fees, after midnight).
