Formerly known as Miami Tavern, The Miami has been an iconic destination for those after good food and good times since 1925, - A century on and nothing has changed. Located on the North Burleigh coastline, just a short walk from the Mick Schamburg Park Lookout, you’ll spot our two-story newly renovated pub. Inspired by our surroundings, our menu boasts ingredients celebrating local produce with fresh seafood and next-level pub classics. Grab a seat in our sports bar to catch the latest game, or head upstairs to our brand new modern dining room and soak in the atmosphere.

Looking over the Coolangatta Skyline and Miami Hill, our deck is the perfect spot to toast a beer with friends on a night out.

Can we hire the whole restaurant deck?

Yes this is an available option Sunday through to Thursday. Please note that room hire fees and minimum catering spends apply.

Do you have live music?

Yes! Every Friday and Saturday in our sports bar from 9:30pm - late.

Can I bring my own cake/ decorations?

You sure can! However please no decorations that use blu-tac, thumb tacks or sticky tape. They must all be free standing and support themselves.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, we can cater for a wide range of dietary's, from gluten free to vegan. All requirements are due at least 7 days prior to your event date to ensure we can cater.

Are there any other food menus to choose from?

Yes, if there is something you have in mind that you can't see on our menus please let us know and we can tailor a package around your budget and requirements.

Are children allowed in the sports bar/beergarden?

Yes, all children and families are welcome. Children under the age of 18 do however need to be off the premises by 9:30pm when the entertainment starts.

Can I BYO food or beverages for my event?

In accordance with the venues food safety program, no food is to be brought into the venue with the exception of an occasion cake. We have a wide range of items on offer for you and your guests to choose from on our function menu.
