Offering guests a magnifique event space, Ballroom Le Grand is currently the largest of the conference venues in a Brisbane based hotel. Our superior facility has hosted a variety of grand events, from gala dinners to international business conferences. There is extraordinary versatility for the room to be arranged to suit a variety of theming options. This grand space is entirely pillarless, but can be converted into individual conference rooms to suit the size of your event.

Incorporating Lyon 1 & Lyon 2, this newly renovated space provides a contemporary and sophisticated feel to any event. Entirely pillar less, the 240m2 room features integrated audio visual displays at either end of the room and a retractable wall to provide our clients with flexibility in this space.

Perfect for medium scale conferences and events. Bastille room can accommodate 40-90 guests and is suited to a variety of themes, from theatre style presentations to social cocktail events. Bastille can be divided into two separate rooms offering our guests and clients greater flexibility and potential to turn day time conference to an evening dinner function with ease.

Concorde can accommodate 25-70 guests for theatre style presentations to intimate dinners. Concorde features large windows offering natural light alongside vibrant city street views. Host to a variety of executive events, the Concorde room is perfect for small to mid-sized conferences and business dinners. 

Located on the second level of the Hotel, St Germain can accommodate 18-50 guests for theatre style presentations, boardroom meetings or intimate dinners.

Odeon can accommodate up to 100 guests for theatre style presentations and 80 guests for dinner functions, providing clients and guests a modern and versatile event venue. Our Odeon room is located on the lower lobby level with direct access from the Brisbane Central Railway station and our Ann Street entrance, as well as providing easy access to guest parking and hotel lobby area.

Located on the third floor of the hotel, the Soirée Deck is an open-air and partially covered event space overlooking the Brisbane City skyline. This exquisite and unique space is perfect for cocktail receptions or a relaxed gourmet experience.
