The Gold Coast Function Room is flexible, and versatile, with a range of set up options.  The Function Room is suitable for large to small sized events and offers a range of event and catering solutions, including AV equipment, staging, free Wi-Fi, live streaming capabilities and video recording.  The Function room also has an under-cover terrace area.

The Marquee is a great space for outdoor events, tradeshows, welcome receptions and cocktail functions. The Marquee has great lighting with fixed festoon lights, and the space is flexible and spacious with easy access.

This space is Ideal for large theatre or music productions, seminars, lectures and conferences, with tiered auditorium style seating which can seat up to 560 guests. The theatre is the perfect setting to impress your guests with live performances, vibrant AV and entertainment as well as theming and lighting.

The small theatre is a suitable space for small to medium sized functions, conferences, seminars or lectures with tiered auditorium style seating for up to 280 guests. Three small theatres are available at the Gold Coast campus, each equipped with audio visual and technical equipment, with two of the theatres able to be combined into a large theatre. The perfect setting for your next event.

Southern Cross University offers multipurpose flat teaching spaces, ideal for workshops, presentations, conferences, meetings, training or as break-out spaces. Some spaces have video conferencing capabilities and the possibility to expand rooms to accommodate larger crowds. Most of the flat teaching spaces have impressive ocean and beach views.
