If you're arriving late, we'll send an SMS with a safe code which will have your pack, keys/map and instructions.

Guide Dog and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to complete some paperwork and ask that your animal wear their companion jacket at all times.

Yes, but for the safety of all our guests we ask that all bikes and scooters be parked at your site or cabin when the sun goes down.
We don't have child-minding services, but we have so many children's activities on each day that they'll be kept occupied and entertained with our friendly staff.

Are the riverside/lagoon pools only allowed to be used by people staying in those particular cabins?
No, all our pools are there to be enjoyed by all guests regardless of which accommodation type you have booked.
Our Pandanus 605, Courtside Family Cabin 109, and amenities near the main pool are accessible friendly.
In Galleons Bistro's activity corner, we have 2 claw machines, a pool table and a reading area.
We vary the movies weekly, so there's always something new to watch. You can ask our friendly staff in-park or check out the activities program on our website for what's on each night.
No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, you are welcome to bring your own electric BBQ.
The Park is for exclusive use of our Treasure Island guests only.
Surfers Paradise is a short 15 min drive from the park.
We are located 1.2 km to Broadwater and 8km to Surfers Paradise.
We do have a number of sites that have tree coverage around the border of the site, as well as one or two sites with a tree actually on the site itself. Please contact reception prior to booking if you have any concerns relating to tree cover.
All our sites are level, motorhome sites do have an incline at the front of the site before it levels out.
This depends on the type of site booked along with the size of your setup and boat. Best to give us a call when you book if you are planning on bringing a boat/jet ski.
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don't allow generators in the park.
The water connection point will be located at the back of the site.
This can vary depending on your booked site, however in most cases a 10 metre lead should do the trick.

Our camp kitchen has 4 x BBQ plates, a full fridge and freezer. All you need to do is bring food, utensils and serving dishes.
Yes, you can put a tent on a caravan site, but remember that most of our caravan sites have a dual-slab setup that may impede your ability to utilise the full size of the site for the tent.
Yes, all of our cabins are allocated one car space to fit your car, boat, jet ski or trailer. If you have additional equipment or vehicles that do not fit within the allocated space, alternate parking outside of the park may need to be sought for parking.
As each accommodation type varies, we recommend heading to the website to see the full list of inclusions, all cabins have a hairdryer and iron though.
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room. However, we recommend you bring your own beach towel.
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.
The Lagoon Deluxe Villa, Pandanus Villas, Townhouse Villas and Studio Units have Foxtel.All other cabins have DVD players.

We have two cabins which are accessible: the Pandanus Villa - Accessible and Courtside Family Cabin - Access Friendly. Our main amenities also include an accessible bathroom.
